What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy? (BCST)
BCST is a nurturing hands-on full-body treatment with special attention to settling the nervous system and the treatment of the results from trauma. It directly supports the body's ability to regenerate using the developmental forces at work in us since conception. Craniosacral therapy is most effective over time, as each session builds on the last—supporting deeper layers of healing, integration, and nervous system regulation.
What happens during a treatment?
A typical craniosacral session is performed with the client fully clothed. The practitioner places their hands lightly on the client, tuning in by listening with their hands. The body speaks through its rhythms and micro movements. The therapist encourages revitalization of the inherent healing potential of the whole being. Clients often report a sense of deep relaxation during and after a treatment session.

Packages are an invitation to commit to your healing process while receiving a reduced rate. Consistent sessions often support deeper and more sustainable change. Payable by cash, check, PayPal or Venmo. Unfortunately billing your insurance company is not possible. Craniosacral therapists do not provide diagnostic or treatment codes.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or rescheduling with more than 48 hours notice incurs no charge. Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice incurs the full session fee, payable at the time of cancellation. No shows also incur the full session fee.
